Instead of meal prep, try prepping recipe ingredients to make your life easier.
Do you like to meal prep? I honestly can’t stick to it. I totally understand the convenience of it, but I need more variability. I am a person that does not like the same meal over and over and over again. I can stomach the first day of leftovers, but by day two I have lost interest and that container I stored in the fridge is likely going to become a science experiment.
So instead, I lean more into ingredient prep. You prep the ingredients you need in advance that way you can use them to build full balanced meals in much less time. No more repetitive meal prep, and it's easier to customize to meet your needs. Then when you are ready, start to cook with the corresponding recipes below in whatever order you’d like to make them.

I need new quick flavourful recipes. The many I've tried from you have been delicious and very well received. You make everything easy, fast, cost-conscious, tasty.
I can only eat leftovers once then I am done too. I do meal plan ahead though -
