I love your cookbook and online recipes. I will make the White Bean Buffalo Tacos this week! It would be helpful for me if you included nutritional details with each recipe. Because of a medical issue I am monitoring my carb and protein intake. Thank you!

One of my intentions for this year is to continue eating more veggies and be more creative in my lunch meals. I even signed up for my local CSA which forces my partner and I to eat more veggies. With your cookbook we’ve been able to make different recipes and make us step out of our comfort zone. Thank you!!

Love, love love your cookbook! As I mentioned in an email, we use your cookbook in our Lifestyle Medicine cookbook club....it's a fun way to try new recipes. This year I am hoping to learn how to cook with less oil and make salad dressings with no oil. Any help with both would be appreciated. Gratitude, hope and love for the New Year 💜
